Mumbai: UGC has issued detailed guidelines for re-opening colleges and educational institutions along with universities in the country. However, students will have to wait for universities and colleges to start in the state. This is because no decision has been taken yet on starting colleges in the state following UGC guidelines. After Diwali, Corona will take stock of the situation and take a decision after a meeting with the Chief Minister and Vice-Chancellor, said Higher Education Minister Uday Samant.
All the universities have passed the final year examinations with the exception of 13 universities. Mumbai University's famous exam has also been passed. The Pune Vice-Chancellor said that the result has increased by 15 per cent over the previous year. Exams will be held within 15 days after Diwali. Moreover, those who failed will also be examined within a month. No boy was coroned during the test. Now they will tweet and say it didn't happen as we were. There will be no change anywhere in the marksheet and degree certificate. We will send our report to the Governor. A complaint has been lodged with the Cyber Cell regarding the incidents that took place in the universities, said Minister Uday Samant.
